We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for strengthening and growing sales across designated channels and focuses on building relationships, improving how we work with our partners, and developing the systems and processes that support consistent, effective sales execution.

In collaboration with leadership, sales peers, and the broader nursery team, this role contributes to sales strategy while proactively identifying growth opportunities, solving operational challenges, and driving practical solutions that support long-term success.
